　　1、將設(shè)備啟動移已選好場地，將轉(zhuǎn)子罩彈簧銷軸取出，再將轉(zhuǎn)子放置點，切記不可懸置或有吃力現(xiàn)象，造成大臂油缸銷軸取不出來，油管泄壓易出危險。

　　9、卸掉滑靴，吊出轉(zhuǎn)子罩。

　　10、卸掉大臂與橫桿和轉(zhuǎn)子的連接處的螺栓，吊出大臂，放置一邊。

　　11、卸掉減速機固定螺絲，并用撬棍插入軸套壓住，用吊車吊出減速機，放置一邊，檢查有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

　　11. Remove the fixing screws of the reducer and insert a pry bar into the shaft sleeve to press it down. Use a crane to lift out the reducer, place it aside, and check for any leakage.

　　12、放開減速機的兩個油堵，放凈廢油。因兩個油堵成90度角，在加注新油時，減速機平放的基礎(chǔ)上必須讓注油孔在點，直到觀察孔漏油為止，然后將油堵纏上生料帶上緊，如油堵是無‘O’型圈的類型，需在生料帶的外面涂抹密封膠，觀察12小時后有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

　　12. Release the two oil plugs of the gearbox and drain the waste oil completely. Due to two oil plugs forming a 90 degree angle, when adding new oil, the gearbox must be placed flat with the oil injection hole at the highest point until the observation hole leaks oil. Then, wrap the oil plug around the raw material belt and tighten it. If the oil plug is of the type without an O-ring, apply sealing glue on the outside of the raw material belt and observe for any leakage after 12 hours.

　　13、將以上步驟反之，安裝完畢。在安裝的過程中，大臂、馬達(dá)、減速機的固定螺栓均需涂抹緊固膠，馬達(dá)與減速機結(jié)合面涂抹密封膠。

　　13. Reverse the above steps to complete the installation. During installation, the fixing bolts of the boom, motor, and gearbox need to be coated with fastening glue, and the joint surface between the motor and gearbox needs to be coated with sealant.
