1、將設(shè)備啟動(dòng)移已選好場(chǎng)地，將轉(zhuǎn)子罩彈簧銷(xiāo)軸取出，再將轉(zhuǎn)子放置低點(diǎn)，切記不可懸置或有吃力現(xiàn)象，造成大臂油缸銷(xiāo)軸取不出來(lái)，油管泄壓易出危險(xiǎn)。

3. Disassemble all 6 oil pipes from the motor to the working pump at the connection point of the boom, and seal all interfaces tightly with toilet paper and plastic tape to prevent dust and debris from entering. Remove the connecting steel pipe.

4、卸掉馬達(dá)上的螺栓，并取下馬達(dá)，注意需要兩個(gè)人必須輕拿輕放。

8. Use a crane to hang the large arm on one side of the rotor and the pin shaft on the back of the motor on the other side. First, lift as much as possible and move it to one side. Then, hang both steel wire ropes onto the side where they come out and drag them outside.

9、卸掉滑靴，吊出轉(zhuǎn)子罩。

10、卸掉大臂與橫桿和轉(zhuǎn)子的連接處的螺栓，吊出大臂，放置一邊。

11、卸掉減速機(jī)固定螺絲，并用撬棍插入軸套壓住，用吊車(chē)吊出減速機(jī)，放置一邊，檢查有無(wú)滲漏現(xiàn)象。

11. Remove the fixing screws of the reducer and insert a pry bar into the shaft sleeve to press it down. Use a crane to lift out the reducer and place it aside to check for any leakage.

12、放開(kāi)減速機(jī)的兩個(gè)油堵，放凈廢油。因兩個(gè)油堵成90度角，在加注新油時(shí)，減速機(jī)平放的基礎(chǔ)上必須讓注油孔在高點(diǎn)，直到觀察孔漏油為止，然后將油堵纏上生料帶上緊，如油堵是無(wú)‘O’型圈的類型，需在生料帶的外面涂抹密封膠，觀察12小時(shí)后有無(wú)滲漏現(xiàn)象。

12. Release the two oil plugs of the gearbox and drain the waste oil. Since the two oil plugs form a 90 degree angle, when filling new oil, the oil filling hole must be kept at a high point on the basis of the reducer placed horizontally until the observation hole leaks oil, and then the oil plug is wrapped around the Thread seal tape and tightened. If the oil plug is of the type without an 'O' ring, it is necessary to apply sealant on the outside of the Thread seal tape and observe whether there is leakage after 12 hours.

13、將以上步驟反之，安裝完畢。
