（1）施工過程中注意觀察刀頭磨損情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)松動、脫落、折損等情況應(yīng)及時處理和更換。否則容易造成刀座的磨損，刀座的更換比較麻煩，需要氣割、電焊等工具，有時工地條件不具備，或焊接水平達(dá)不到，直接影響使用，可更換的刀座雖說方便，但會增加使用成本。

（2）更換刀頭時可用刀頭攻擊器將舊刀頭敲出，新刀頭用鐵錘敲入刀座孔內(nèi)即可。焊接刀座時注意焊接角度，否則會導(dǎo)致再生層深淺不一，造成刀具提前磨損等情況，從而會增加發(fā)動機負(fù)荷，造成不必要的動力輸出。

(2) When replacing the cutter head, use a cutter head attacker to knock out the old cutter head, and use a hammer to knock the new cutter head into the cutter holder hole. （3）銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子、銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子罩殼等工作裝置，每天施工結(jié)束后應(yīng)進行清洗，這樣做可以避免以下情況的發(fā)生：
