（一）難以確定原路面施工的材料

水泥穩(wěn)定土地冷再生技術(shù)中重要的就是對(duì)原公路破損材料的識(shí)別和再生材料的混合比例。由于原破損公路的材料比例難以識(shí)別，進(jìn)行抽樣取點(diǎn)的材料識(shí)別工作存在誤差，得出來(lái)的結(jié)果可能代表不了整個(gè)公路的材料比例情況。而且對(duì)破損公路的水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層進(jìn)行粉碎時(shí)，可能會(huì)打破已經(jīng)識(shí)別的原材料混合比例。因此，各種各樣的誤差就有可能導(dǎo)致水泥穩(wěn)定就地冷再生材料出現(xiàn)預(yù)期的結(jié)構(gòu)比例發(fā)生偏離的情況。想要避免這種情況就要加大對(duì)破損的水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層的取樣，選用有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員按照規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行反復(fù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查，加大再生材料混合比例的可信程度。

為了加快公路維修進(jìn)度，水泥穩(wěn)定就地冷再生技術(shù)施工中一般就地對(duì)已經(jīng)破損的水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層進(jìn)行破碎。但是，由于機(jī)械限制，不能保證所進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)的公路材料符合該破碎機(jī)械，可能出現(xiàn)離析現(xiàn)象。總的來(lái)說(shuō)，就地進(jìn)行回收材料的制作，并不如再生材料攪拌廠的材料制作質(zhì)量。
